Umindak sa Pier

Last 28th of August, UPAA-NL held a successful fundraising summer party in De Pier Restaurant at Scheveningen, The Hague. More than a hundred guests enjoyed the buffet dinner, unlimited drinks and dancing. During the event, close to 50 participants won the various raffle prizes, including cash prizes of EUR 200, 150 and 100 and prizes including two “balikbayan” boxes. The dinner guests were treated to performances by talented singer and performer Mary Ann Morales (winner of the 1997 Soundmixshow) and dance stars Gwyneth van Rijn and Niels Didden (Dancing with the Stars celebrities and 2011 World Trophy Latin Champions).

We thank the dinner guests, performers, and the raffle draw participants. We would like to give special mention to NVP Studio, which documented our event with photos and video and raffle prize sponsor Philippine Balikbayan Services.
