UPAA-NL Receives Donation from Fortis Foundation Nederland

via the “Make a Difference Day Always Go on Extra Mile” Walking Event

UPAA-NL’s computer server project received a donation from the Fortis Foundation Nederland. In connection with Make a Difference Day (MADD) Fortis Foundation organized last October 27th a walking event “Always Go the Extra Mile”. Fortis employees were invited to walk at least one mile (1.6 km) for a chosen good cause. For every mile walked, Fortis Foundation Nederland donated 15 euros. Among the good causes included in the fund-raising event is UPAA-NL’s project to buy computer servers.
